This is a correlational study, in which three questionnaires were used: Beck Self-Esteem Questionnaire, World Health Organization Short Living Environment Scale, and Mental Health. The statistical population included kindergarten teachers who were working in Isfahan in 2024, 289 of whom were selected by simple random method and the data were analyzed by Pearson correlation and multiple regression. The results of this study showed that Beck's self-esteem subscales and mental health subscales show a direct and significant relationship. Also, all subscales of the Beck Self-Esteem Test have a direct and significant relationship with the living environment subscales in general, so most self-esteem components can predict the living environment and mental health subscales. Therefore, it seems that trying to improve self-esteem is an effective step towards improving the mental health and living environment of kindergarten teachers. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه خودانگاری با محیط کاری و سلامت روانی مربیان کودکستانهای شهر اصفهان است. این پژوهش از نوع همبستگی است، که در آن از سه پرسشنامه خودانگاری بک، مقیاس کوتاه محیط زندگی سازمان جهانی بهداشت و بهداشت روانی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل مربیان کودکستانها که سال 1403 در شهر اصفهان مشغول به فعالیت بود، که بهروش تصادفی ساده 289 نفر انتخاب شدند و دادهها از طریق همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که زیرمقیاسهای خودانگاری بک با زیر مقیاسهای بهداشت روانی رابطه مستقیم و معناداری را نشان میدهد و همچنین تمام زیرمقیاسهای آزمون خودانگاری بک با زیرمقیاسهای محیط زندگی به صورت کلی ارتباط مستقیم و معنیداری دارند که بدین ترتیب بیشتر مؤلفه های خودانگاری میتوانند زیرمقیاسهای محیط زندگی و بهداشت روانی را پیش بینی نمایند، بنابراین به نظر می رسد که تلاش برای ارتقا خودانگاری، گامی مؤثر در جهت اعتلای بهداشت روانی و محیط زندگی مربیان کودکستان است. /downloadfilepdf/7991736
