It is recognized as an effective method in the teaching–learning process of children, contributing to their cognitive, linguistic, and emotional development, as well as fostering a positive attitude toward books and learning. However, novice educators and librarians in educational and library settings often face a lack of practical and coherent models for implementing child-centered storytelling. This study aims to provide a practical model based on educational principles for child-centered storytelling, specifically designed for novice educators and librarians. Conducted through a descriptive–analytical approach and library research method, the study examines and analyzes key and credible sources in educational sciences, child psychology, and information science to extract the components and principles effective in storytelling, which are then presented in a structured model. The findings indicate that employing storytelling based on an understanding of children’s developmental needs and the conscious use of narrative skills can transform this method into an efficient strategy for teaching–learning, promoting reading, and enhancing interaction among educators, librarians, and children. قصه‌گویی به‌عنوان راهبردی تربیتی، در سال‌های اخیر مورد توجه پژوهش‌های حوزه علوم تربیتی قرار گرفته و به‌عنوان یکی از شیوه‌های مؤثر در فرایند یاددهی–یادگیری کودکان، در رشد شناختی، زبانی و عاطفی آنان و تقویت نگرش مثبت نسبت به کتاب و یادگیری نقش دارد. با این حال، مربیان و کتابداران تازه‌کار در محیط‌های آموزشی و کتابخانه‌ای اغلب با فقدان الگویی عملی و منسجم برای اجرای قصه‌گویی کودک‌محور مواجه‌اند. هدف این پژوهش، ارائه الگویی عملی مبتنی بر اصول تربیتی برای قصه‌گویی کودک‌محور، ویژه مربیان و کتابداران تازه‌کار است. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد توصیفی–تحلیلی و به روش کتابخانه‌ای انجام شده و در آن با بررسی و تحلیل منابع معتبر و کلیدی در حوزه‌های علوم تربیتی، روان‌شناسی کودک و علم اطلاعات، مؤلفه‌ها و اصول مؤثر در قصه‌گویی استخراج و در قالب الگویی ساختارمند ارائه شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که به‌کارگیری قصه‌گویی مبتنی بر شناخت نیازهای رشدی کودکان و بهره‌گیری آگاهانه از مهارت‌های روایی می‌تواند این شیوه را به راهبردی کارآمد در فرایند یاددهی–یادگیری، ترویج کتاب‌خوانی و تقویت تعامل میان مربیان، کتابداران و کودکان تبدیل کند. /downloadfilepdf/7694368
