The presence of mentally retarded child in the family also affects parents ' marital life. the aim of this study is to compare stress and marital satisfaction of parents in mentally retarded and normal children. This study was carried out in the causal method. 80 of the parents of children and mothers of children in exceptional schools and rehabilitation centers, along with 80 of the parents of normal school schools, were selected as available sampling and cluster sampling. to collect data from the form of 52 questions, Friedrich psychological pressure sources and 47 questions were used in marital satisfaction. to analyze the data, spss 22 took place and the pearson correlation coefficient was used and the pearson correlation coefficient was used. the research findings showed that the parents of mentally impaired children suffer more stress than the parents of normal children. (p < 0 / 001). In terms of marital satisfaction, children's parents have lagged behind marital satisfaction than normal children (p < 0 / 001). The results also showed that the correlation between the two variables of stress and marital satisfaction was lagged behind the parents ' parents (r = 0 / 83). so, it can be concluded that the stress and satisfaction of parental marital satisfaction and normal children are significantly different. استرس یکی از مهمترین عوامل بروز مشکلات در زندگی انسان ها بوده و هر لحظه افراد جامعه را در قالب آسیب های روانی و اجتماعی تهدید می کند. حضور کودک عقب ماندۀ ذهنی در خانواده علاوه بر فزونی استرس، زندگی زناشویی والدین را نیز تحت تأثیر قرار می دهد. هدف این پژوهش مقایسۀ میزان استرس و رضایت مندی زناشویی والدین کودکان عقب ماندۀ ذهنی و کودکان عادی است. این مطالعه به روش علّی _ مقایسه ای انجام شد. 80 نفر از پدران و مادران کودکان عقب ماندۀ ذهنی مدارس استثنایی و مراکز توانبخشی به همراه 80 نفر از پدران و مادران عادی مدارس سطح شهر اردبیل به روش نمونه گیری دردسترس و تصادفی خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع ‏آوری داده‏ها از فرم 52 سوالی پرسشنامه‏ ی منابع فشار روانی فردریک و فرم 47 سؤالی رضایت زناشویی انریچ استفاده شد. تجزیه تحلیل داده ها به کمک نرم افزار، SPSS 22 صورت گرفت و از آزمون t و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده گردید. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد والدین کودکان عقب ماندۀ ذهنی استرس بیشتری نسبت به والدین کودکان عادی تحمل می کنند.(p < 0/001 ). از نظر رضایت مندی زناشویی نیز، والدین کودکان عقب ماندۀ ذهنی نسبت به کودکان عادی از رضایت زناشویی پایین تری برخوردارند(p < 0/001 ). هم چنین نتایج نشان داد که همبستگی بین دو متغیر استرس و رضایت مندی زناشویی والدین کودکان عقب ماندۀ ذهنی منفی است(r = - 0/83 ). بنابراین، می‏ توان نتیجه گرفت میزان استرس و رضایت مندی زناشویی والدین کودکان عقب ماندۀ ذهنی و کودکان عادی تفاوت معناداری دارد. https://ijpk.ir/downloadfilepdf/755959
