Data from semi-structured interviews with 10 participants were analyzed thematically following Braun and Clarke's (2006) model. The analysis of 286 initial codes yielded 15 categories and five central themes: 1) psychological pressure and adaptation challenges, 2) redefinition of professional identity and role, 3) inadequate supportive structures and learning networks, 4) affirmation of the irreplaceable human core of teaching, and 5) critical acceptance with dual understanding. Successful adaptation hinges on three critical facilitators: enhancing teachers' critical digital and ethical literacy, establishing robust, coherent support systems, and preserving the centrality of human relationships in the pedagogical process, thereby enabling professional transformation. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین تجربه های زیسته معلمان بازنشسته همدان از مواجهه با فناوری های هوش مصنوعی در آموزش، به روش پدیدارشناسی تفسیری انجام شد. داده ها از طریق مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته با ۱۰ معلم بازنشسته گردآوری و با تحلیل مضمون بر اساس الگوی براون و کلارک (۲۰۰۶) بررسی شدند. یافته ها از استخراج ۲۸۶ کد اولیه، ۱۵ مقوله و ۵ مضمون اصلی خبر می دهد: ۱) فشار روانی و چالش های سازگاری، ۲) بازتعریف هویت و نقش حرفه ای، ۳) ضعف ساختارها و شبکه های حمایتی و یادگیری، ۴) تأکید بر هسته انسانی غیرقابل جایگزین و ۵) پذیرش انتقادی و درک دوگانه. موفقیت این گذار در گرو سه عامل است: تقویت سواد انتقادی و اخلاقی دیجیتال معلمان، ایجاد شبکه های حمایتی منسجم، و حفظ رابطه انسانی محوری در فرآیند آموزش. این عوامل تحول حرفه ای را تسهیل می کنند.
