Drug use in this period has wide biological, psychological and social consequences and is one of the most important public health challenges of today's societies. This study examines the risk factors affecting the tendency of adolescents to use drugs in schools. Family factors such as weak emotional bonds, family conflicts, parental attitudes toward drugs, family history of drug use, and ineffective family management, along with individual and social factors such as positive attitudes toward drugs and peer pressure, have been identified as the most important risk factors. Recognizing and managing these factors can play a key role in effectively preventing substance abuse in adolescents. دوره نوجوانی به عنوان مرحله ای حساس در شکل گیری هویت و رشد فردی شناخته می شود که با افزایش رفتارهای مخاطره آمیز ازجمله مصرف مواد مخدر همراه است. مصرف مواد در این دوره، پیامدهای زیستی، روانی و اجتماعی گسترده ای دارد و یکی از چالش های مهم سلامت عمومی جوامع امروزی است. این مطالعه به بررسی عوامل خطرساز مؤثر بر گرایش نوجوانان به مصرف مواد در مدارس می پردازد. عوامل خانوادگی مانند ضعف پیوند عاطفی، تعارضات خانوادگی، نگرش والدین نسبت به مواد، پیشینه مصرف در خانواده و مدیریت ناکارآمد خانواده، همراه با عوامل فردی و اجتماعی مانند نگرش مثبت به مواد و فشار گروه همسالان، از مهم ترین عوامل خطرساز شناسایی شده اند. شناخت و مدیریت این عوامل می تواند در پیشگیری مؤثر از سوءمصرف مواد در نوجوانان نقش کلیدی ایفا کند.
