In this study, couples who had been married for 5 to 10 years and had sought counseling at centers in District 22 for marital conflict issues were selected. The research employed a quasi-experimental method using a one-group pretest-posttest design After distributing the Kansas Marital Conflict Scale (1985) and the Whitley Attitude Towards Infidelity Scale (2006) among 100 couples, 20 individuals completed and returned the questionnaires, volunteering to participate in the training. Thus, the sampling was non-random and voluntary. Subsequently, the emotion management training course was provided to the 20 participants. They were asked to complete the questionnaires again after finishing the course and return them to the counseling center. After reviewing and analyzing the responses and questionnaires, and categorizing the data descriptively and inferentially, the hypotheses were examined using SPSS software. Based on the data analysis using the paired t-test, it can be concluded that emotional management strategies training is effective in treating attitudes towards infidelity and marital conflicts. Therefore, this method can be used for treatment. در پژوهش حاضر به نقش اثربخشی آموزش راهبردهای مدیریت هیجانی بر تعارضات زناشویی و نگرش به خیانت پرداخته شد. در این پژوهش برای انتخاب نمونه از زوجینی که بین 5 تا 10 سال از ازدواج آن‌ها گذشته و با موضوع تعارضات زناشویی به مراکز مشاوره منطقه 22 مراجعه نمودند استفاده گردید. در تحقیق حاضر از روش نیمه آزمایشی با استفاده از طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون یک گروهی استفاده شد. پس از توزیع 100 پرسشنامه تعارض زناشویی کانزاس و اگمان (1985) و نگرش خیانت وایتلی (2006) بین زوجین مذکور، تعداد 20 نفر، پرسشنامه را تکمیل و به پژوهشگر تحویل دادند و داوطلب شدند که در آموزش‌ها شرکت کنند، بنابراین نمونه‌گیری غیر تصادفی و داوطلبانه بوده است. در ادامه دوره‌ی کنترل و مدیریت هیجانات جهت مشاهده در اختیار 20 شرکت‌کننده در آزمون قرار گرفت و از آن‌ها درخواست شد تا پس از مشاهده کامل دوره مجدداً پرسشنامه‌های فوق‌الذکر را تکمیل و به مرکز مشاوره عودت نمایند. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون T همبسته نشان داد که استفاده از آموزش راهبردهای مدیریت هیجانی برای درمان نگرش به خیانت و تعارضات زناشویی مؤثر است، پس می‌توان ازاین‌روش برای درمان استفاده کرد. /downloadfilepdf/6519850
