The present study aimed to predict the teaching styles of primary school teachers in Pishva County based on the dark triad of personality traits, value orientation, and job motivation. This applied and correlational-descriptive study involved 118 male and female primary school teachers from Pishva County, selected through single-stage cluster random sampling. Data were collected using four questionnaires: teaching style, dark personality traits, individual values, and job motivation. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS-22 through Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results indicated that the dark triad traits, value orientation, and job motivation significantly predicted teachers’ teaching styles. Moreover, there was a meaningful relationship between these variables and the teaching styles. The findings suggest that dark triad personality traits, job motivation, and value orientation significantly influence teaching styles. These variables may serve as important criteria in selecting effective and suitable teachers. Accordingly, considering these psychological factors could contribute to improving educational processes. Additionally, understanding their impact can assist in the design of professional development programs for teachers and in developing strategies for teacher recruitment and evaluation. Ultimately, the study emphasizes the importance of attending to the psychological dimensions of teachers in educational and recruitment decision-making. سبک تدریس معلمان نقش مهمی در بهبود کیفیت آموزش ایفا می کند. این پژوهش با هدف پیش بینی سبک تدریس معلمان ابتدایی شهرستان پیشوا بر اساس سه گانة تاریک شخصیت، جهت گیری ارزشی و انگیزة شغلی آنان انجام شد. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و توصیفی-همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل 118 معلم (زن و مرد) مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان پیشوا بود که به شیوه تصادفی و خوشه ای تک مرحله ای انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از چهار پرسشنامه جمع آوری شد: سبک تدریس معلمان، صفات تاریک شخصیت، ارزش های فردی و انگیزة شغلی. داده ها با استفاده از SPSS-22 و روش های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که صفات تاریک شخصیت، جهت گیری ارزشی و انگیزه شغلی قادر به پیش بینی سبک تدریس معلمان هستند. همچنین، ارتباط معناداری بین این متغیرها و سبک های تدریس معلمان مشاهده شد. یافته ها نشان می دهد که صفات تاریک شخصیت، انگیزة شغلی و جهت گیری ارزشی تأثیر قابل توجهی بر سبک تدریس معلمان دارند. این متغیرها می توانند به عنوان معیارهایی در انتخاب معلمان مؤثر و مناسب برای مدارس مورداستفاده قرار گیرند. لذا توجه به این عوامل می تواند به بهبود فرآیندهای آموزشی کمک کند. علاوه بر این، شناخت تأثیر این ویژگی ها می تواند در طراحی دوره های آموزشی برای معلمان و نیز در توسعه استراتژی های استخدام و ارزیابی معلمان مؤثر باشد. درنهایت، این پژوهش بر لزوم توجه به ابعاد روان شناختی معلمان در تصمیم گیری های آموزشی و استخدامی تأکید دارد. /downloadfilepdf/6506788
