Psychological health is one of the most important and fundamental variables in the field of psychology and educational sciences in relation to which various factors have been studied. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of hope in the workplace with the psychological health of Bushehr Welfare Bank employees. The method of the present study was descriptive correlation. The statistical population of this study included all employees of Bushehr Welfare Bank branches in 2019 148, using Cochran's formula, 107 people were selected by stratified sampling. Data collection tool 12-point scale Omid Snyder et al. (1991) And 28-item Psychological Health Questionnaire (Goldberg (1972)) Pearson correlation and linear regression analysis and SPSS software version 22 were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there was a Negative and significant relationship between hope and psychological health (P <0.001). He also explained the hope of 34.2% (P <0.01) of the variance of employees' psychological health. According to the research results, it can be said that by increasing hope in employees, their psychological health can be improved سلامت روان‌شناختی یکی از متغیرهای مهم و اساسی در حوزه روان‌شناسی و علوم تربیتی است که عوامل مختلفی در رابطه با آن موردمطالعه قرارگرفته‌اند. هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش امید در محیط کار با سلامت روان‌شناختی کارکنان بانک رفاه استان بوشهر بود. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی همبستگی بود. جامعه‌ی آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی کارکنان شعب بانک رفاه استان بوشهر در سال 1398 بودند که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، 107 نفر به شیوه نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات مقیاس 12 سؤالی امید اسنایدر و همکاران (۱۹۹۱) و پرسشنامه 28 سؤالی سلامت روان‌شناختی گلدبرگ (1972) بودند. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون خطی و نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 22 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد بین امید با سلامت روان‌شناختی رابطه منفی و معنادار وجود داشت (001/0 > P). همچنین امید 2/34 درصد (01/0>P) از واریانس سلامت روان‌شناختی کارکنان را تبیین نمود. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش می‌توان گفت با افزایش امید در کارکنان می‌توان سلامت روان‌شناختی آن‌ها را ارتقا داد. /downloadfilepdf/636989
