The present study is a quasi-experimental study of pre-test and post-test type with a control group. The research population was married people with marital problems and conflicts who referred to the FarhanCounselingCenterinQomin 2023,who were selected purposefully and then randomly assigned to two control and experimental groups.The measurement tools were the Sanai Marital Conflict Questionnaire and the Enrich Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire. 60 people were randomly divided into two groups of 30 people,and the experimentalgroup received10 therapy sessions in a groupand once a week. The duration of the sessionswas90minutes. The results of the analysis of variance showed thatgroup couple therapy based on theCBT approach is effective on marital satisfactionand conflicts. Conclusion:Basedon the results obtained, itis suggested that group couple therapy based on the CBT approach beused toincrease maritalsatisfaction and reduce marital conflicts in married individuals. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی زوج‌درمانی گروهی مبتنی بر رویکرد CBT بر رضایت و تعارضات روابط زناشویی بود. پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل است که جامعه پژوهش افراد متأهل با مشکل و تعارضات زناشویی مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز مشاوره فرحان قم در سال 1402 بودند که به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب گردیدند و سپس به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش گمارش شدند. ابزارهای اندازه‌گیری پرسش‌نامه تعارض زناشویی ثنایی و پرسش‌نامه رضایت زناشویی انریچ بودند. تعداد 6۰ نفر به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 30 نفره تقسیم و گروه آزمایش، 10 جلسۀ درمانی را به‌صورت گروهی و هفته‌ای یک‌بار دریافت کردند. طول مدت جلسات 90 دقیقه بود. نتایج تحلیل واریانس نشان داد زوج‌درمانی گروهی مبتنی بر رویکرد CBT بر رضایت و تعارضات روابط زناشویی مؤثر است. بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، پیشنهاد می‌شود از زوج‌درمانی گروهی مبتنی بر رویکرد CBT برای افزایش رضایت و کاهش تعارضات روابط زناشویی افراد متأهل استفاده شود. /downloadfilepdf/6357452
