Semi-experimental research is a pre-test-post-test type with a control group. Research variables include one independent variable (metacognitive strategies) and two dependent variables (resilience and stress). The statistical population includes all ninth grade female students, numbering 4,292, and the sample includes 60 ninth grade female students who were purposefully selected to collect data from the Connor and Davidson Response Questionnaires (CD-RISC) and stress response. Mountain and colleagues were used. The results of the Manqua test and the analysis of one-way covariance in the Mankova text showed that teaching metacognitive technique reduces stress and increases resilience in students. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین تأثیر آموزش تکنیک فراشناخت بر ابعاد تاب‌آوری دانش‌آموزان خوب می‌باشد. پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل است. متغیرهای پژوهش شامل یک متغیر مستقل )راهبردهای فراشناختی) و دو متغیر وابسته )تاب‌آوری و استرس) می‌باشد. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانش‌آموزان دختر پایه نهم می‌باشد که تعداد آن‌ها 4292 نفر است و نمونه شامل 60 نفر از دانش‌آموزان دختر پایه نهم که به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند و برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های تاب‌آوری کونور و دیویدسون (CD-RISC) و پاسخ به استرس کوه و همکاران استفاده گردید. نتایج حاصل از آزمون مانکوا و تحلیل کوواریانس یک راهه در متن مانکوا نشان داد که آموزش تکنیک فراشناخت باعث کاهش استرس و افزایش تاب‌آوری در دانش‌آموزان می‌شود. https://ijpk.ir/downloadfilepdf/529524
