This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between teachers' professional ethics and the level of motivation of first and second grade high school students in public schools in Semnan. The present research was a descriptive-correlation method. The statistical population of this research included all students and teachers of the first and second year of high school in Semnan city in the academic year of 1402. The sample of this research includes 300 first and second high school students and 50 first and second high school teachers, who were selected by available sampling method. Data collection tools included Harter's academic motivation questionnaire and Cadozir's professional ethics questionnaire. The data of this research was analyzed using spss software and simple linear regression analysis method. The findings showed that teachers' professional ethics positively and significantly predicts external motivation and internal motivation of education (P<0.05). According to the obtained results, it can be said that increasing the professional ethics of teachers means increasing the academic motivation of students, therefore, by finding ways to attract and strengthen teachers with more professional ethics, it will affect the academic motivation of students. . انگیزه منجر به یادگیری، تغییر و تلاش در دانش‌آموزان می‌شود که می‌تواند از اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان تأثیر پذیرد. این پژوهش باهدف بررسی رابطه اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان با میزان انگیزه دانش‌آموزان متوسطه دوره اول و دوم مدارس دولتی شهر سمنان انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان و معلمان دوره اول و دوم متوسطه شهرستان سمنان در سال تحصیلی 1402 بود. نمونه این پژوهش شامل تعداد 300 دانش‌آموز اول و دوم متوسطه و 50 معلم دوره اول و دوم متوسطه که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه انگیزش تحصیلی هارتر و پرسشنامه اخلاق حرفه‌ای کادوزیر بود. داده‌های این پژوهش با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss و به روش تحلیل رگرسیون خطی ساده تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان، انگیزه بیرونی و انگیزه درونی تحصیل را به‌طور مثبت و معناداری پیش‌بینی می‌کند (0/05>P). با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده می‌توان گفت افزایش اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان به معنای افزایش انگیزه تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان خواهد بود، لذا با پیدا کردن مسیرهای جذب و تقویت معلمین بااخلاق حرفه‌ای بیشتر، بر انگیزه تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان اثر خواهد گذاشت. /downloadfilepdf/375746
