Descriptive-survey research method and statistical population of educational science students, a statistical sample of 326 people was used by cluster sampling method. Data collection tools were Wolfang's (1970) class management style questionnaire and Hermans' (1977) academic motivation, respectively. It was done with reliability of 0.73 and 0.88. The findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between free-flowing and consultative classroom management styles with academic motivation, there is a negative and significant relationship between authoritarian style and motivation, and there was no relationship between indifferent style and academic motivation. In line with the findings of the research, discussions and suggestions were presented. این پژوهش باهدف بررسی رابطه‌ی بین سبک مدیریت کلاس توسط اساتید و انگیزش پیشرفت دانش آموزان دوره دوم مقطع ابتدایی انجام‌شده است. روش پژوهش توصیفی-پیمایشی و جامعه آماری دانش آموزان رشته علوم تربیتی تعداد نمونه آماری 326 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای استفاده شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه سبک‌های مدیریت کلاس ولفانگ (1970) و انگیزش تحصیلی هرمنس (1977) به ترتیب با پایایی 0/73 و 0/88 انجام شد. یافته نشان داد بین سبک‌های مدیریت کلاس با آزادمنشانه و مشاوره‌ای با انگیزش تحصیلی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد، بین سبک استبدادی و انگیزش رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود دارد و بین سبک بی‌تفاوت با انگیزش تحصیلی رابطه وجود نداشت. در راستای یافته‌های پژوهش بحث و پیشنهادهایی ارائه شد. /downloadfilepdf/2917058
