The present article aimed to analyze the teachers' life experience of teaching sexual issues in the classroom. The present study was based on a qualitative approach and phenomenological method, with the presence of 14 participants from male and female teachers in Ahvaz by purposive sampling method and semi-structured interviews. The data obtained from the interviews were analyzed using the Van Menen method. Then the main themes of this research were extracted and classified into three main themes. The research findings included 11 themes, the first of which was entitled Emotional-Communicative Competences; Five themes were identified: communication competence, ability to create a safe atmosphere in the classroom, openness, mental health and empathy. In the second theme, entitled Teachers' Experiences; The three themes were: teacher personality, family education in the teacher's adolescence, and school education and teacher and student education. In the third theme, entitled professional competencies, two themes, which are content knowledge and content pedagogy knowledge, were included. Overall, the results showed that teachers' personality type and past experiences are an influential factor in presenting sexual topics in the classroom. تربیت جنسی به توسعه مهارت‌های ضروری افراد در جهت تعامل بایسته با نیازهای درونی خود و کسب مهارت لازم جهت برقراری ارتباط با جنس مخالف اشاره دارد. مقاله حاضر با هدف واکاوی تجربۀ زیستۀ دبیران راجع به آموزش مسائل جنسی در کلاس درس انجام گرفت. مطالعۀ حاضر مبتنی بر رویکرد کیفی و به روش پدیدارشناسی، با حضور 14 مشارکت‌کننده از میان دبیران زن و مرد شهر اهواز به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با انجام مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته انجام شد. داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه‌ها با استفاده از روش پدیده ون منن تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. سپس درون‌مایه‌های اصلی این پژوهش در سه مضمون اصلی استخراج و طبقه‌بندی شدند. یافته‌های تحقیق شامل 11 درون‌مایه بود که در مضمون اول با عنوان صلاحیت‌های عاطفی- ارتباطی؛ 5 درون‌مایه شامل: شایستگی ارتباطی، توانایی ایجاد جوی امن در کلاس درس، باز بودن، سلامت نفس و همدلی مشخص شدند. در مضمون دوم با عنوان تجربیات معلمان؛ 3 درون‌مایه که عبارت از: شخصیت معلم، آموزش خانواده در دوران نوجوانی معلم و آموزش دوران مدرسه و دانشجوی معلم بودند. در مضمون سوم با عنوان صلاحیت‌های حرف‌های نیز 2 درون‌مایه که عبارت‌اند از دانش محتوا و دانش پداگوژی محتوا قرار گرفتند. درمجموع نتایج نشان دادند که نوع شخصیت و تجربیات گذشته معلمان عامل تأثیرگذاری در ارائه مباحث جنسی در کلاس‌های درس است. /downloadfilepdf/2811541
