Among these changes is a change in traditional teaching methods that has reduced the need for physical presence in the classroom. The use of textbooks, chalk and blackboards and whiteboards are still the most important sources of teacher education and the use of traditional and verbal methods is one of the most common and common teaching methods. It is obvious that the continuation of such a situation leads to complications such as apathy, fatigue, lack of creativity and active participation of students in teaching and their superficiality in educational affairs and ultimately leads to a loss of material and spiritual capital and reduces the quality of education. Now the existence of new tools, methods and educational environments has created new methods. One of these methods is e-learning, in which the fundamental role of the educator is usually neglected, and it is thought that the teacher in this system is not as important as traditional education, while the quantity and quality of learners' learning and Effective and efficient use of various equipment and tools depends on the level of activity of the trainer and his attitudes and skills. This article analytically examines the impact of e-learning and virtual education classes in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of teachers and improving the quality of learners' learning in e-learning. فناوریهای اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی زندگی را در بسیاری از ابعاد آن دگرگون ساختهاند. از جمله این دگرگونی ها تغییر در شیوه های سنتی آموزش است به گونهای که نیاز به حضور فیزیکی در کلاس درس کاهش یافته است. استفاده از کتب درسی، گچ و تخته سیاه و وایت بردها هنوز مهمترین منابع آموزش معلمان را تشکیل داده و استفاده از روش¬های سنتی و کلامی از رایج‌ترین و متداول‌ترین روش¬های تدریس می‌باشد. بدیهی است که تداوم چنین وضعی عوارضی از قبیل بی‌علاقگی، خستگی، عدم خلاقیت و مشارکت فعال دانش‌آموزان در جریان تدریس و نیز سطحی‌نگری آنان در امور آموزشی را به دنبال داشته و در نهایت موجب اتلاف سرمایه‌های مادی و معنوی و کاهش سطح کیفی آموزش می‌گردد .در حال حاضر وجود ابزارها، روش ها و محیط های جدید آموزشی، شیوه های جدیدی را به وجود آورده است. از جمله این شیوه ها آموزش الکترونیکی است که به طور معمول در آن به نقش بنیادین آموزش گر بی توجهی می شود و تصور بر این است که معلم در این نظام به اندازه آموزش سنتی اهمیت ندارد این در حالی است که کمیت و کیفیت یادگیری فراگیرندگان و استفاده اثربخش و کارآمد از تجهیزات و وسایل گوناگون، وابسته به میزان فعالیت آموزش گر و نگرش ها و مهارتهای او است. این مقاله به روش تحلیلی به بررسی تاثیر کلاس¬های آموزش الکترونیکی و مجازی در افزایش کارآیی و اثربخشی معلم و بهبود کیفیت یادگیری فراگیرندگان در آموزش الکترونیکی پرداخته است. /downloadfilepdf/2687992
