The present study was conducted in a systematic review method in eight steps: subject selection, determination of entry and exit criteria, determination of search strategy using tools available in databases and related standard keywords, determination of data collection sources (in the present study) The most available databases included WebO Science, Scopus, DirectScience, Proquist, Elsevier, and Persian-language databases (Ganj, Seyed, Mogiran, and Normaz). At this stage, after designing the quality assessment tool, the sources extracted by two researchers were studied and scored independently, and 300 related articles were extracted. In this study, in general We have identified some of the key elements that are influential in the successful implementation of inclusive education, including: cultural attitudes, economic support, helping schools to understand their challenges, appropriate technology, personalized learning, resources and facilities, attitude, knowledge And teacher skills, teaching techniques and teaching methods, flexible planning and leadership-supportive curriculum. Today, implementation of integrated learning programs Spatial and physical construction is not limited and this requires functional and social integration as well as flexibility and enrichment of educational environments tailored to the needs of learners. Classroom population density prevents effective education and It is desirable for students with special needs. One of the suggested strategies of teachers is to reduce the total number of students in classes with students with special needs. Equipping schools and providing appropriate facilities are other strategies suggested by teachers to improve the effectiveness of inclusive education. It should be noted that the adaptation of educational spaces, the use of assistive devices, the smartening of schools, the equipping of laboratories and the provision of better rehabilitation services to students with special needs can facilitate matters in this field. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر مروری سیستماتیک بر شناسایی عوامل موفقیت در اجرای آموزش فراگیر بود. پژوهش حاضر به روش مرور سیستماتیک در هشـت گام انجام شد: انتخـاب موضوع، تعیین معیارهای ورود و خروج، تعیین استراتژی جستجو با استفاده از ابزارهای موجود در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی و کلیدواژه‌های مرتبط استاندارد، تعیین منابع گردآوری اطلاعات (در پژوهش حاضر مناسب‌ترین پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی موجود شامل «وب او ساینس»، «اسکوپوس»، «ساینس دایرکت»، «پروکوئیست»، «الزویر» و پایگاه اطلاعاتی فارسی‌زبان گنج، سید، مگیـران، نورمگز) بود. انتخاب مطالعات (از طریق مطالعه 300 چکیده مقاله)، ارزیابی کیفیت در این مرحله پس از طراحی ابزار ارزیابی کیفیت، منابع استخراج‌شده توسط دو نفر پژوهشگر به‌طور مستقل مطالعه و امتیازدهی شد که 300 مقاله مرتبط استخراج شد. در این پژوهش به‌طورکلی ما به برخی عناصر کلیدی که در اجرای موفق آموزش فراگیر تاثیرگذارهستند؛ رسیدیم ازجمله: نگرش‌های فرهنگی، حمایت‌های اقتصادی، کمک به مدارس برای درک چالش‌های خود، فناوری مناسب، یادگیری شخصی‌سازی‌شده، منابع و امکانات، نگرش، دانش و مهارت معلمان، تکنیک‌های آموزشی و شیوۀ تدریس، برنامه‌ریزی و برنامه درسی انعطاف‌پذیرو رهبری-حمایتی. امروزه اجرای برنامه‌های فراگیر سازی تنها به یکپارچه‌سازی مکانی و فیزیکی منحصر نمی‌شود و این امر مستلزم یکپارچه‌سازی کارکردی و اجتماعی و همان‌طور انعطاف‌پذیری و غنی‌سازی محیط‌های آموزشی متناسب با نیازهای فراگیران است. تراکم جمعیت کلاس درس مانع از اجرای آموزش اثربخش و رسیدگی مطلوب به دانش آموزان با نیازهای ویژه می‌شود. یکی از راهبردهای پیشنهادشده معلمان کاهش تعداد کل دانش آموزان در کلاس‌هایی است که دارای دانش آموزان با نیازهای ویژه هستند. تجهیز مدارس و ارائه امکانات مناسب از دیگر راهبردهای پیشنهادشده معلمان برای ارتقاء اثربخشی آموزش فراگیر است. به نظر می‌رسد که مناسب‌سازی فضاهای آموزشی، استفاده از ابزارهای کمکی، هوشمند سازی مدارس، تجهیز آزمایشگاه‌ها و ارائه هر چه‌بهتر خدمات توان‌بخشی به دانش آموزان دارای نیازهای ویژه می‌تواند در این زمینه تسهیل‌کننده امور باشد. /downloadfilepdf/2155712
