Undoubtedly, the teacher has a key and influential role in all educational systems, and society expects the school and the teacher to prepare students for real life in tomorrow's society. This issue has led to the emphasis in recent years on improving the quality of education and having qualified teachers around the world, including the Iranian education system; Numerous studies have been conducted on the characteristics of an effective teacher in the country and different classifications have been used for this phenomenon; The purpose of this study is to review the dimensions and components of an effective and efficient teacher in Iranian education and to provide a comprehensive framework in this field. The research method is descriptive-analytical. In this study, the dimensions and components of an effective teacher were extracted using library studies such as (articles, books, journals, journals, dissertations and indexes written in this field). The present research is applied in terms of nature and purpose and while expressing the concept of an effective teacher, it points to its most important characteristics. Finally, all identified factors are organized under a comprehensive framework. In general, the effectiveness of teachers is considered as one of their empowerment approaches, which can be mentioned in terms of knowledge, skills, attitudes and personality as the main branches of effective teachers in Iran, each of which has several sub-branches. بدون شک معلم در تمام نظام‌های آموزشی دارای نقش کلیدی و اثرگذار است و انتظار جامعه از مدرسه و معلم این است که دانش آموزان را برای زندگی واقعی در جامعه فردا آماده کند. این موضوع باعث شده در سال‌های اخیر بهبود کیفیت آموزشی و داشتن معلمان واجد شرایط در سراسر جهان ازجمله نظام آموزشی ایران مورد تأکید قرار گیرد؛ پژوهش‌های متعددی در زمینه ویژگی‌های معلم اثربخش در کشور انجام‌گرفته و از دسته‌بندی‌های مختلفی برای این پدیده استفاده‌شده است؛ هدف از انجام این پژوهش مروری بر ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های معلم اثربخش و کارآمد در آموزش‌وپرورش ایران و ارائۀ یک چارچوب جامع در این زمینه می‌باشد. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی–تحلیلی است. در این پژوهش ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های معلم اثربخش با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای مانند (مقالات، کتب، مجلات، نشریه‌ها، پایان‌نامه‌ها و نمایه‌های نوشته‌شده در این زمینه) استخراج شد. پژوهش حاضر ازلحاظ ماهیت و هدف، کاربردی است و ضمن بیان مفهوم معلم اثربخش، به مهم‌ترین خصوصیات آن اشاره می‌کند. در پایان، کلیۀ عوامل شناسایی‌شده تحت چارچوبی جامع سازمان‌دهی شده‌ است. به‌طورکلی اثربخشی معلمان به‌عنوان یکی از رویکردهای توانمندسازی آنان محسوب می‌گردد که می‌توان از بعد دانشی، بعد مهارتی، بعد نگرشی و بعد شخصیتی به‌عنوان شاخه‌های اصلی معلم اثربخش در ایران نام برد که هریک دارای زیرشاخه‌های فرعی متعددی هستند. /downloadfilepdf/1095988
